Agile Leadership - Certification Program
In connection with our Global Partners, Agile People, Servant Leadership Academy is proud to present the Agile People Leadership Series, providing learners with new ways of working, where people and interactions are more valued than processes and tools, and where responding to change is more important than following a plan.
Leadership is changing. The traditional top-down management style is no longer successful in today’s fast-changing work environment. There is a need for a paradigm shift in leaders and their understanding of what constitutes effective leadership.
The training focuses on developing leaders who aspire to be adaptive and agile in their leadership style. In this training, leaders learn to lead themselves first, before leading others and create an environment that will allow agility to thrive. The training will give you a holistic understanding of Agile leadership, and what it means for the individual, the team, and the organization.
This course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) and can lead to the certification ICP-LEA.

Agile People Fundamentals (5 Sessions)
how to apply them to your workplace. How can organizations learn and adapt in a fast-changing landscape? Learn how strategy, processes, and culture need to change when working in a company with agile values.
Agile People Leadership (7 Sessions)
The Agile People Leadership Workshop will give you a holistic understanding of Agile leadership, and what it means for the individual, the team, and the whole organization.

(ICP-LEA) Certificate
This training is certified by International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile), a certification and accreditation body. ICAgile works with course providers to accredit new or existing courses against comprehensive and proven Learning Outcomes.

Servant Leadership Academy offers the Agile People Leadership Certificate Courses via facilitated on-line sessions with SLA faculty who are IC Agile Authorized Instructors.
Agile People Leadership Night Classes
Looking for a way to gain a better understanding of Agile methodology and mindset through the Agile Leadership Certification, but have other commitments that make your ability to take condensed courses difficult? Try our Agile People Night Classes - a 6 week commitment of sessions on Tuesdays and Thursday nights, for just two hours a night. Here’s our current schedule for the 2021 year.

12 Sessions 2 Hours/ Session Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 8:30 AM CST - 10:30 AM CST
October 19th- November 25th, 2021
12 Sessions 2 Hours/ Session Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30 PM CST - 8:30 PM CST
