Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise if you need to cancel your registration. Our goal is to make this process as easy and considerate as possible. Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below:

Date of Cancellation Notice & Registration Fee Refund Percentage:

More than 100 days prior to the Event = 90% refund

99-61 days prior to the Event = 50% refund

60-31 days prior to the Event = 25% refund

Less than 31 days prior to the Event = No refund

This policy only applies to your Servant Leadership Academy's Practitioner training registration fees. It does not cover other reservations related to the event, such as hotel accommodations or transportation.

To cancel your registration, please email us at support@servantleadershipacademy.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations through any other means.

Transfer Policy:
We understand that plans can change. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at support@servantleadershipacademy.com, and we can help transfer the ticket to a friend or colleague of your choice. The new registrant must accept these Terms upon transfer.

Promotional/Discount Codes:
Promotional and discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively after registration. Please note that offers cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotions.

Complimentary Passes:
Complimentary passes provided by the Servant Leadership Academy are non-transferable without prior approval. They are only valid for the event and cannot be applied to future events.

Group Discounts:
Group discounts apply only to tickets purchased during the group order. Group pricing is available for orders of 5 or more registrants and cannot be applied retroactively or to future individual additions to your group.

Event Changes:
The Servant Leadership Academy reserves the right to change the event, including venue, delivery format, agenda, and speakers. If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. In case of event cancellation without rescheduling, we will issue a refund for the registration fee. Please note that we are not liable for additional costs, such as transportation or accommodation expenses.

Canceled Registrations:
The Servant Leadership Academy reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel your registration before the event. If we cancel your registration, you will receive a refund of your registration fee. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to a canceled registration.

Personal Data:
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share certain information with third parties involved in event services, such as registration and event app providers. If you do not wish for your information to be shared with our sponsors, please email support@servantleadershipacademy.com to opt out.

Use of Photo & Likeness:
By attending the event, you consent to the Servant Leadership Academy capturing and using your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional purposes. You agree to such use without compensation.

Photo & Recording Restrictions:
Capturing images, sound, or video at the event is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Servant Leadership Academy.

No Solicitation:
Solicitation of business or distribution of materials at the event is prohibited unless approved in advance by the Servant Leadership Academy.

Disclaimer:
The Servant Leadership Academy disclaims all warranties related to the event and does not guarantee satisfaction or specific results. Any information provided about future product releases does not commit to delivering functionality and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions.

Rules & Warnings:
Please observe all posted rules and warnings at the event and follow any instructions event staff gave.

Assumption of Risk, Release & Waiver of Liability:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   By attending the event, you assume all risks related to your presence, including exposure to infectious diseases.

2. Release and Waiver:
   You release the Servant Leadership Academy and its affiliates from any claims related to the above mentioned risks.

3. Liability:
   Our liability is limited to refunding the registration fee. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

4. Indemnification:
   You agree to indemnify and hold the Servant Leadership Academy harmless against any claims arising from your participation in the event.

Severability:
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will continue to be enforceable.

Governing Law:
The laws of the State or Province in which the event was held will govern any disputes arising from your attendance at the event.

By registering for any in-person Servant Leadership Academy intensive training event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms.
